NAA sticking clutch

I have a '53 NAA that will not stop moving when you disengage the clutch. I have to throttle down and hit the barkes to "pop" it out of gear. Also I have to park it with the clutch "in" using a 2x4 or I can't get it into gear when I go to use it without gear grinding! I would appreciate any suggestions you might have but I fear it's time for a clutch!? Thanks for the help... Craig
