Fluid level on rear tires should be about 3/4 full. Mid throttle condition is not a problem- had the same thing with a 4020- 9000 hours and no problems. Used to vibrate like that going down hill at mid throttle in road gear. Must have been the right wavelength! Problem when braking sounds like a low fluid level- rotate the tires and check fluid level by cracking open the valve stem. Fluid should still come out at 10:00 or 2:00 level.
