Ford 9N Coolant leak

I have a Ford 9N and not sure what this is called but there is a little valve right beside the oil dipstick on the engine block. I was messing with that an apparently I broke the seal because coolant slowly is dripping out from there now. any idea what this is called so I can replace it?? thanks for any information.
