Sounds familiar, Im in the process of building the same thing, I dont have any plans but since my tractor already has spool valves with detents, I was planning on just picking up a used cylinder (although northern tool has new ones for around $100) and mounting on some channel iron. I was thinking 3 1/2 inch cyl would be enough. if you have to buy pump and valves it maybe cheaper to buy the 1 for 450 mentioned in another post. i figure i can build mine for about $100....i send email if i jot down plans..
