Hey Steven@ND I checked into a similar setup using a powersteering pump off a truck to run my hydraulics on the '39 H. the pump didn't have a internal relief valve in the pump. You'll have to add that. You might not have enough flow capacity for using the PS pump off the 450 for both steering and other hydraulics. To keep things simple, you could mount the PS pump, and then mount another pump off the side of the engine or distributor (like the super H) and use the belley pump as a reservior.(I the have instructions for that). Or if you want to combine the systems, I can help you figure out your capacity needs. I'll need to know what cylinder sizes and stroke length you are running. I will also need the serial number or model number of the charlynn unit and the pump you decided to use.
