Don't quite know what you mean by "T" fittings. The JD 45 loaders I've seen mounted on Farmall H or Ms, are plumbed to the liftall outputs. You'll only have 1 way hyrdaulics with the liftall pump(no down pressure for the loader only lifting). The liftall hydraulic out-puts look like pipe fittings, there are a total of 3. Use one on each side of the tractor to power the loader hydraulic cylinder on that side. Don't use the 3rd out-put because, it's a delayed circuit for the rear cultivator. It's the one closest to the rear of the tractor. If you want 2-way hydraulics, you could plumb in a 3-way spool valve to the lift ouput, and then run a return line to the lift-all filler cap. Then plumb up your lines from the valve to the loader cylinders. I'd have to draw a sketch to explain it better.
