Deutz did make air/oil cooled models in the HP range you want. I've owned a few of them, includeing the 30-06 (30 PTO HP) i own now. The 30-06 is a 2 cyclinder, the 40-06, and 45-06 are 3 cyclinder. They all so made several bigger models with 3, 4 and 6 cyclinder engines. (all air/oil cooled) There was a 25-06 too that was nothing more than a 30-06 with 25 PTO HP. When they went to the 07 series, the 30-07 was rated 33 HP at the PTO. The Deutz 06 and 07 series of tractors are good tough modern tractors and were ahead of the big 3 in many ways in their day. I've had my 1969 30-06 over 15 years, and it still doesn't leak, and has been very reliable! Robert
