How hot is too hot?

I was plowing with the UMM this spring for the first time. Was pulling 3 14's in cornstalk ground in third gear.The tractor ran 240 degrees pretty easy. This tractor has a zero pressure cooling system. I have a 60% mixture anti-freeze which should raise the boiling point to 230 degrees. I think the temp gauge is off 10 degrees so I was probably running 230 degrees. This seems to warm to me.What is your opinion that a tractor like this should run for temp when doing heavy work? Thanks.
