I agree with NHBaler- check all hay dogs for sticking . If you have switched from sisal to plastic twine you will probably have to tighten twine disc tension by an eighth to a quarter turn because the plastic twine is smaller and sliperyer -if there is such a word. You may also have to put a little more tension on the twine at the twine box. Also make sure tuck arms are retracting to allow twine to be tucked under the billhooks-they are also spring loaded-return.
