I was selling my Chevy S-10 pick-up several years ago, and some nit wit gave me cash and promised to pick up the truck the end of the month. Six month's later the truck was still sitting there and now was growing yellow jackets. I finally called him and his Son sounded kind of vague about his where abouts and I finally said "He's in jail, Huh?" yep, I said he could either send the title back and I would refund half his money and sell it again OR he had to get it out be the end of that month. I give credit where due he got it out the day after I said it was to be out because of a freak Snow Storm in September with 14" of snow.
I will also give another situation about a problem my welder friend had, he had welded a frame on a Class B Motor home and called the people about picking it up "they wouldn't be able to pick it up until the first of the month", and would pay for it accordingly, 1 month went by and no contact, he called again and got the same response, the day after he called the second time a person(s) unknown went around and shot out windows, lights, etc. along with the entire Motor-home's windows, headlights, and engine!! The welder called the people and said "he called in the Sherrife's department and wanted the the owner to see the remains instead of telling him about it over the phone." When the owner finally arrived, he threatened to sue the welder of this whole mess and was convinced that the welder had shot it out himself.
The welder now has a sign hanging in the office "Anything left over 30 Days will be sold" granted he wouldn't do that to a regular "good" customer but to someone who plays games he would.

If any one would like a good honest welder in Rochester, N.Y area please let me know. Greaseman
