I used to live in the UP, and had a 60x210 indoor arena, 50x60 shop, 60x80 wood barn, and 30x50 heated garage w/ office and air. You CAN have too much space! I used to store stuff (temp) in the back of the arena and forgot about it for years. Also, you seem to get called anytime somebody wants to have a family reunion, indoor yard sale, or whatever. I promised my wife some space in one of the shops to store her stuff, and she turned out to be the biggest pack-rat I'd ever seen. New shop here in Idaho is 24x36 with 10' walls. Lots of space to store stuff, while still keeping it clean to move in the big projects. Cheap enough to heat in the winter, also. My nickels worth, Mikey
