I have a shop that is 24 X 24. It is barely adequate, because I have a 16 X 60 South Bend lathe along one wall and a lot of other equipment. If I move things around, I can get a tractor in to do most anything. My suggestion is to figure what you will need and add 50%. Good luck, and hope you enjoy your new shop as much as I do mine.
