Cheryl, Have you heard it run? Does it start easy? Do you see any oil leaks/dripp'ns anywhere? Are there any other attatchments w/it? (ie; tiller, disc, etc.) Are the sellers just want'n to get rid of it? Also do you need it? Is it going to be your only tractor means for awhile? The reason I ask is your situation sounds the same as mine 8yrs. ago. We bought this 3acre. place and they left a 18hp Grdn. Trac. w/tiller attatchment. The rig was in tuff shape though, took alot of TLC.... but I got her runn'n & it has worked HARD for me. I finally bought a TO-35 Massey so she has the easy life now. Only see's grass now. But that was given to me free. It is difficult to price, but 400-500 may be an area to see what kind of reaction ya get. Hey I hope I was a little helpful. Good Luck !!!! Steve
