Saw an article about a farmer who made up a set of three of these and pulled them behind his tractor, to clip pastures in the Farm Journal, years ago. MAN DID HE CATCH FLACK IN SUBSEQUENT ISSUES. There is a real safety issue here without the proper shields/housing/guards. Especially if you're traveling at any speed at all, this thing can catch rocks, stumps, wood chips, and throw them with amazing speed and force! Also, there's the same flywheel effect that requires the use of an over running clutch on regular PTO driven units. We'd like you and your jeep to be able to come back and post another day!
