Tim, I had a similiar situation. I think that I had to show income of $1500 on my home place to put it in the Greenbelt program. They allowed me to give a value to my garden which is quite big. I was able to qualify. I didn't actually sell anything. We ate the peas, corn, and other vegetables. Fresh veggies are certainly worth $2500.
