I have one that I plan to restore in about 5 years if all goes well. It's my understanding that the engine bearings are similar to that of an Allis Chalmer's WD. Though I am uncertain of that even. "Antique Power Magazine" has a large well written article about it. I believe that they were sold mostly to the State Highway Crews to mow the state highways with as the one I have came with the classic "Blue and yellow" of New York State.
