Lots of good suggestions- I'd look at "farmer's market" type stuff- you've got land and machinery for conventional vegetables and fruit, greenhouses for ornamentals and early tomatoes, etc., and the non-ag types could do crafts, etc.- all good sellers at the markets. Forget hydroponics- far too costly to set up, and nobody will pay the premium for the products. When you stop and think about it, hydroponics is exactly the opposite of organic, and you know which is the hot item these days.
