I spent a night MANY years ago pulling a semi-mounted 5-14 plow with a 4020 gas. Running in 4th gear in a half mile long 80 acre field. I could get 16 rounds out of a tank of gas, 4 hours running! The 4020 diesel or 4320 the guy had would have run 7-8 hours pulling the same plow in 5th! The gas tractor would have probably pulled the plow for a while in 5th but tended to over-heat if pulled that hard for long!
