William, old ag history has always interested me. One story I read somewhere involved Henry Ford claiming to the War Production Board in 1942 that the 9N should be the only ag tractor produced in the US throughout the rest of the war years. He touted a long list of reasons why. The rest of the story listed all the other manufacturers replies discounting all of Henry's points. Obveously Henry didn't get his way, or we would all be farming with Fords today.
