Just wait. With that many females around, you will have no problem having all the males you care to around someday. Then you will have more problems than tractor counts. Take the little ones out sledding with the tractor in the winter and go fishing in the spring, hayrack rides for the whole brownie troop etc. Then the tractors become pretty cool. Just have to play the politics differently.
