HI, Just like you we are beginning to restore a few cockshutts. Our plan is to tear down to bare metal and restore/remanufacture all pieces needed. After priming she goes to the field for a season or two to check all possible leaks or needed adjustments and then some final paint. It is going to take toooooo long, however, I want to cut down on the possibility of messy liquids running over brand new paint. Also, cash flow seems to have a direct bearing on progress on a few of the units. Good Luck and God Bless, Roy
