I hate to say this, but the cub is a more comfortable tractor to cultivate with, because you sit to one side and look down past the engine. I own a pony that my old man bought new, and he cultivated with it. ?Parts for either machine are around, but hard to come by. The massey is 12hp and the cub is only 9 as I recall, and the Pony is a more sophisticated tractor. I guess it all depends on what tractor you like best, and can find attachments for.
