If your grandpa is anything like mine was, he wouldnt want to sell his prized possesions to strangers for pennies on the dollar at an auction. I would suggest a family meeting in which they all go different ways with a tractor or 2. Let those millionaire doctors eat cake, i would rather see my grandkids have a nice tractor then basically giving all that work and money to someone they dont even know. Those machines are not titled. Most doctors will spend your entire estate trying to get one more year out of dying folks. Its not how i want to go. Let my son and his kids have everything, its one push up the ladder i cant do crippled in bed anyway. the doctors can fight over the land when i am gone.
