we have a 47 farmall m on our farm that was used as our main power source until about five years ago, we still use it to pull wagons, power our auger and drill and plant if our planter tractor is busy on something else, has only been overhauled once about 30 years ago when it had a super m kit put in, it was originally owned by my great uncle who used it on his farm and did custom work with it, it never uses a drop of oil. dont know exactly the hours but its a lot. We also have a 766 diesel with 8300 hours, motor is completly factory except for a new water pump last year.
