If you have a torch and welder and a little imagination go for it. Get 4, 3pt. balls and some 1/2 x 3" strap iron for the bottom lnks. fashion a strap to go around the center of the liftarm shaft to hold a third link. Cheap third links can be bought from Shoup, TSC, CT, etc. Or make your own third link. Make 2 pieces to attach the draft links to the lift arms to lift the hitch. Weld Pins to the sides of the drawbar supports for the draft links to attach for a pivot point. This involves some afroengineering but will do the job you want to do at minimal cost.
