I have an OEM Ford snow plow on my 3000. They bolted the sub frame to the lower bolt holes on the front of the transmission.
The front of the sub frame bolts on to the bolster under the valance below the grill. Photo only shows one bolt but there is one on each side.
Ford just used a cylinder to lift the plow.
To get power angle you will need to get a dual remote I used mine today. We had about 3in yesterday. Ps, your 4100 is an odd model - only built for a couple of years so less known. For general questions like this you are better off calling it a 4600 SU which it basically is except for the smaller engine. FTY, my 3000 plow setup would be a direct swap onto your tractor. They are the same from the transmission forward.
