Went through the brakes on a 1950 chevy 2 ton very similar in style to this one. The truck was a prior firetruck I had operated at several fires up until mid 90's. Surprisingly all the brake parts are still available. The local chevy dealer had some old paper catalogs which gave part #'s but nothing available from GM. As is so often the case with old Grain trucks, or old Fire trucks they are easier to get to go than to get to stop. Steve.
