I wouldn't use the calcium chloride myself. I worked for a couple of dealers in my younger days and the stuff will ruin any metal that it gets on . Worse than salt. I put 2 gallons of antifreeze in each of the tires on my 504 IH and it never freezes. Only gets down to around 10 here in Al. With the antifreeze fill the tire the rest of the way with water leaving air from the valve stem up. With it at the top while filling. Air will have to be let out a couple of times while filling to keep from haveing too much pressure build up. 8 Pounds to the gallons however much it holds. I only use 1 gallon to the tire here in Al so 2 gallons should do the trick where ever you are.
