the value depends on who finds use in it.
Woods no longer sells a belly mower kit as there is no longer a demand for them, in the last twenty years zero turns have taken over the market. the only people that still use them is larger rural homes/farms that are not concerned that a zero turn will reduce the mower time by 2/3rds.
I wouldn't expect one to bring more than 200.00 at auction in Michigan, your location may differ.
