Crawling under my house, and fixing other things that have been incorrectly done. The idiots who built it provided only 15" of crawl space, and, of course, that is where all the plumbing is. For about another $100.00, the builders could have installed one more course of cement block. (I'm the third owner, built in 1998.) Inexpensive construction - no house wrap or other facing between vinyl siding and sheathing, nor any roofing paper between the shingles and decking. Outside electrical outlets just screwed to the siding; no boxes. A French Drain that has its drain pipe 8" above the actual French Drain pipe. Stuff like that. zuhnc
