I have a 460LP that I use frequently and it runs great.
That said, I agree with the others that this is not a good project base. If the roll was violent enough to bust an axle housing then there could be other damage such as bent or tweaked front end that will not be immediately apparent.
There is likely some good parts in there if you needed them such as those split weights on the rear wheels or internal transmission and pto parts. Grill parts and side sheet metal might be ok. Fast hitch probably survived the roll too.
If the exhaust has not been covered then the motor will require a complete overhaul and that's if you don't have a busted casting somewhere from water freezing inside. That the motor was freshly rebuilt is now totally irrelevant.
If the exhaust was covered, pull all the spark plugs and look at each one for rust. Shine a bright light in each plug hole and look for rust or moisture. If none then you might be able to free it up. Fresh motor will stick easier than one that is well worn.
I would say 200-300, maybe 400 tops if the spark plugs look good, get the parts you need and scrap what's left.
