I ran out of Stargon gas for the mig today. I did pretty good, I picked up this one up 4-20-2020. I took it to town and got another tank, went in to pay for it and he said that will be $109. I said that has really gone up since my last one. He asked how much that one was and I told him it was around $30. He said let me see what I can do, and then said he could get it down to $85. So I paid him and came home. The more that I thought about it, it just didn't seem right, so I came in and looked at last years records. I paid $29.99 in 2020. I called them back and checked the price thinking he charged me for a larger bottle. They said that was the right price. The ticket says list price $160.93, net $80 and $5.60 tax. Wow, that's more than double inside of a year. I may have to learn to stick weld again!!!
