Well when i crawled out of my hole this morning i saw my shadow . Remarkable we have what i think they call SUN SHINE . The massive snow storm they kept beating there gums about gave us around 4-5 inches of not fun to blow snow . Lots of shut plugging with the wet snow , yea i know you can fix that problem with some rubber flaps on the impeller . Getting lazy in my old age , just have not installed them yet . I have them all cut out , i have the reinforcements made i have the round headed 1/4 inch cap screws i have the ni-loc nuts they are all setting on the work bench in a small box . Just have not clamped them on and drill the holes yet , BUT i did think about that last Sept or was that Oct. The Fatman across the street was the first one out with the blower yesterday with his fancy 11 Hp. 30 inch Craftsman with power steering and hand warmer grips and was doing a fine job till he hit the side walk and got into what the city piled on top of the snow from the slushy street And he plugged big time and killed his . I plugged around 6-7 times killing my old junk Arien's twice once with a LOG and once with a gobb of leaf's .NOW get ready for some bone chilling cold . I always said that the day i got married Hattie's would freeze over . Well on that day Feb. 7 1975 it was 26 below and a ragging snow storm , all out of town guests got stuck here for three days . And this coming weekend is head down to the 0 or below mark like usual. Sorry guys .
