First thing to do is have a price in mind. What do you realistically want for your collection? Second thing is cut that number by about 60-75%. That's most likely the offers you will get to take the whole thing at once.
You can sell them all at auction but 200 lots isn't enough for one sale. Best to piggyback off of someone else's sale. Must be a farm toy sale with 2 week internet Pre-bidding/worldwide shipping or you won't get 10% of what they're worth or what you paid. Good thing is winter is a great time for farm toy sales. You will lose 30-40% in commission but that's any auction really.
If you go the eBay route it will take longer but it will cost you 14%. Everything will sell at it's value whatever that may be. Reliable shipping is still an issue at the moment so hopefully you have time to wait a month, maybe more.
Local ads will likely be useless but craigslist and facebook marketplace are free and nationwide.
I've been buying and selling farm and construction diecast for 20 years now and have seen plenty of people lose their shirts on poorly advertised or labeled items. Whatever you ask, be prepared for "I'll give you $300 you pay for shipping". Most people aren't prepared or willing to buy whole collections. There's no shortage of people interesting in exploiting the situation either.
Personally I'd go the auction route. The sale I was at Saturday sold a Mint in box Ertl Deere 7020 with Wing Disk for $3000. Yes Three Thousand.
