Well any burnt tractors I have seen end up in the tractor wreaking yard. Appears like u are not in the know of what fire damage does. There is one big pile of work to do once the whole thing is disassembled and inspected for damage. If the tires are burnt off to me it would be scrap iron. Paint would be very last on the list to worry about. But if it was salvageable the parts would be blasted and painted as assembly goes together. And to put 3 times the tractors worth into a restoration I can’t see happening. That’s not counting the labor if you do it
