Yea i a little , Jonic Trucking ran them in Freightliners . They were the talk of the town . they were running N/Western part of the Buckeye pulling buckets back in 76 . at that time they were the Force to recon with . Mike and i back then were still running double breasted Yamaha's till Aug. of 77 . By then we were hearing about the problems of 440 Allie Cats and he and i went with Cummins on our new trucks . The Hp. race was just really getting cranked up back then . Had my buddy and i held off a couple months he and i would have done things a little different , Like going with a longer wheel base a double SET down bunk a bigger engine and different rear gear . Hind sight is always 20-20 . BUT he and i made our little old 350 small cammers run the way we wanted them to run . The Allie Cat's were shooting stars as they came on hard and fast and burnt out fast with broken cranks and flamed out almost as fast as they came on.
