First thing is if anybody connected tothe farming in any way at all or even gust as your parents That could get sick and have to go into a home for any reason and you as a child of them could be required to pay for their expences you have enough insurance to cover any and all possiblies happen that you do noy have to borrow all you can borrow to take care of them and when your borrowing power runs out you do not have to sell your assets that are trying to make your living with before you are out of your job because you have lost the assets to even make your living without paying to keep the other parties in care. I learned the hard way om this when both parents had to go into a home with no insurance to take care of it and even tho the folks had put the farm into my name it was not long enough before that that the nursing home took a big portion of the farm after I could not borrow any more and when they took that big portion of the farm I could no longer male a living and just 2 years ago I lost my home and last 12 acres of the farm to forclosure and my little bit of SS does not give me enought to pay rent so I don't know where I will be living in near future. And Parents pased away back in early 90's and problems kept getting bigger and bigger. And to top that off I lostmy wife of 37+ years to a heart attac. And no brothers or sisters to help me.
