Crazy I agree that the numbers on the site that you provided show an almost double death rate per million. I used the Johns Hopkins website with todays numbers calculated by deaths divided by each countries population. So there is some discrepancy between sources. My point all along has been whether or not this has been worth destroying an economy over and whether or not this isolation would actually solve anything. We will not likely have a vaccine any time soon and even if we did we would not be able to produce enough to make much difference. I have heard some sources say that they could produce a vaccine but only be able to produce 1 million doses. Not enough to make even vaccinate a 1/3 of a percent of the population. So what are we going to do in the fall when this thing keeps making its rounds. Are we going to shut down the country again. I question just how much longer we can go without a functioning economy before we reach the point of never returning to a capitalist system. Perhaps a better idea would have been to quarantine only the elderly and the people with other life threatening health issues. It appears that this virus has little to no effect on 86% of the people and of the 14% of the people that show symptoms about 25% are of the extreme of needing to be hospitalized. Of the 25% that are hospitalized roughly 25% die. The question remains what will life be like when this is over. The people that run this site don't like talking about this but this virus effects all of us and should be talked about. This forum exists to support the YT e commerce business and helps them gain traffic in the search engines but if our economy completely crashes their business will likely become non existent along with just about every small business. I don't see people buying a whole lot of tractor parts when they have no jobs to return to. What's left of our way of life has to be considered.
