Someone put this one online:
It is flat out hilarious. I do not know how much they pay those people.
At the end, about all is wrong on the 8000 series. At least at this testing done in 1995. It is surprinsing that CIH came out in 1998 with the PITA POORLY desiged copy that their engineers should be ashamed off (The MX Magnum)and that they have successfully made uglier and uglier all the time!!
Deere 8000 has vs CIH:
- Poor controls
- Good visibility but useless because you are going to put monitors
- Jerky transmission
- Small levers on the armrest: Much better on the magnum
- Unreliability because new (surely yes..., those 8000 series all did 20K hours and still going)
- Seat is not as good
- Loose steering
- Less traction (I am suspiscious of tire pressures, equipment depth
- Too many gadgets
- gauges on Console on the right are not visible (but is like a Deere 8820 or a CIH 1660 combine)
