For me the tire wear is minimal. I haul tractors short distances from time to time but generally try to avoid it. Highway I must travel is now frequented by the DOT and our new local officer is a stickler for the details. So that loader tractor with mower would need all 4 of the chains and binders criss crossed, loader would need chained separate, mower chained separate. Better have all your axle weights legal to the T or else. Just a massive headache.
But I can run the tractor down the road with loader on, 2 bales on the front spears, and 13' mower behind me at 20mph and be perfectly legal.
