All the ones I have seen are custom built. Usually by members of the organization that owns it. Since they are mostly made of scrap and/or salvaged parts, and donated labor, I have no idea what one would cost to make. The good ones transfer weight to a skid pan as they go down the track, adding more weight the farther you go. They are very clever in their design and very eficient at humbling tractors. Check the pulling forum, maybe somebody knows of one for sale or has a set of plans they would share.
