i believe it would have to be the three wheeled ford tractor. they were built in the teens and were not related to henry ford. cant remember the exact story without reading one of my tractor books, but the story goes that some sort of government official or something like that bought one and was so upset that he got the legislation passed for a standardized test to check the tractors sold in his state. hence the start of the nebraska tractor test laboratory. believe that would have to be the worst tractor ever. just my opinion.
