I have a '52 U with 38" rear wheels and a '47 UTS with 30" rear wheels. Was it customary that these tractors could be purchased with a variety of rear wheel sizes? If so - is the gearing different so that the ground speed is basically the same? If I wanted to change the 30" wheels for 38" wheels, are the axles the same - would the hubs for 38" wheels fit the axles on the tractor with 30" wheels?
