Are you guys serious? it is against the law to blow stumps otta the ground with no criminal intent on your own property? you got me scared if it is! I've been doing it for years.I mean I know we have some sick humans going around this earth blowing people up, But I have no intent on hurting anybody cept'maybe a few ants or earthworms in the stump! I can't belive what you say is true!
