Hire a lawyer if you have to.Just try and find one that is as disgusted about it as you are and make it as miserable for the city as possible.Chances are they are more interested in getting the money from a fine than really wanting to gripe about your tractor.When you win every chance you get park it outside just for the irritation of whoever it is that gripes about it.Maybe they will get so fired up that they confront you instead of hiding behind the cops like some sissy and you can figure out how to get even with them.As communist as that town sounds like it is they surely have broken some ordinance that you can capitalize on.If that doesnt work move or beat the communist senseless and the cop that comes to arrest you.Just generally make as much trouble as you can for a while and sooner or later they will change their mind,move,die or get thrown out of office for something or another.
