you could whittle one from a hunk of balsa wood(see local hobby shop)and then coat it with epoxy.works good for carbureator floats too...could also build one up in layers from cork sheet(as used on bulliten boards.gasket matl is heavier)using rubber cement to stick em together & coat that with epoxy...
