Can someone explain to me how the rollover cylinder and control valve with check valve work with the tractors SCV. I ran my JD 4250 with Case-IH Roll-Over Plow yesterday, pictures to come, but the plow tends to roll out of position at the stop over time. I am thinking something is leading back. I guess it could be the SCV but it does not do that with my JD 4200 Roll-Over Plow.
The Case-IH 145 rollover Plow has a valve block tightly coupled to the cylinder (15). I see in the parts list it has a check valve in it (16, not in picture). So, I am wondering if that check valve could be leaking. I would like to understand better how that system works.
Rolling the plow over does not work like the Owners Manual says it should. I roll it and it bounces back and forth when it hits the end the the cylinder stroke. I just have to time my moving the lever with the bounce to get it to complete the stroke.
