Greg, That's what I like about the CASE backhoe over the MF are the swing cylinders. I've heard that the MF swing motors are a lot of problems. I've seen that some newer backhoes use a laminated chain similar to an oversized timing chain with cylinders pullin on it. Maybe that would help. I looked at those pictures that you sent me and saw how the exhaust is "snaked" around the front of the fuel tank. I, also, noticed that you have a different engine than I have. Mine is a Perkins AD4-203 with the exhaust on the left side. I may have to weld up an exhaust manifold and extend the fuel tank next and radiator fill in order to keep the hood shut.
