153 Buda Engine

I have a Cockshutt 30 with the 153 engine that needs a new front seal. The question is how do I get the lower pulley off? It has a crankshaft jaw instead of the usual bolt I'm use to seeing. How does this come apart? Threaded? Right hand or left turn? I can not see a pin, is it pressed on? Also where can I get a new pulley or Buda parts in general? Thanks for any help.
