I have one of those that I gave up on also. I also have a Monkey Wards tube that I recently removed from my WD. It has been in the tire (filled with CaCl) since '57 or '58 when my Dad put all new M/W tires on the tractor. The rubber is in excellent condition, but the valve stem twisted out of it. I am seriously considering having it repaired. I have some "Farm & Country" tubes only a couple of years old and when you inflate them outside the tire, they show cracks all over. They certainly did make some things better in the "good ol' days"!!
